I think during breakups, it's really important to allow yourself to process and to accept that we cannot change the past, control others and to practice gratitude. Some people never experience love in their lifetime. If your grieving lost love, if you've been lucky enough to have experienced love, be grateful. Once in a lifetime is better than none at all.

This is one of my favorite songs. When love is absent, we often find ways to fill our hearts. At the end of the song I say
